Interesting list. I could understand why most of these cities were recommended but the readers must be aware that Wichita, KS is one of the highest air polluted place in the nation. Check toxicfactor.com

My wife and I just moved to Ridgway, Co from Phoenix, Az and are blown away by how cool this small town is! I’d never heard of it before we stumbled upon it and it’s so beautiful. It’s just 40 minutes from Telluride which is one of the best ski areas in the nation. Little know but worth checking out.
